CLC-Pred Synergy – a freely available web application for prediction of drug pairs synergy cytotoxicity in 34 NCI60 cell lines based on ALMANAC data.

The mean accuracy of prediction (AUC) calculated by leave-one-out compound out (excluded all drug pairs with any drug from the pair) cross validation is 0.754.
