The classification is based on the analysis of nucleotide sequences the HIV protease or reverse transcriptase gene.

The method of classification is based on the estimation of the occurence Fr and Fs of short nucleotide sequence fragments in the set of genes of Resistant (R) and susceptible (S) HIV variants respectively.

The Fr and Fs values are then processed in the Bayesian-based algorithm PASS, which makes it possible to calculate Pr and Ps values of probability for the particular sequence to belong either to R or S variant.

Results are saved in the the tab-delimited file containing the rows, each of which has sequence identifier of an uploaded FASTA file, values Pr and Ps. See results_example.txt as an example
