Pharmacological Targets
A knowledge base of drug targets, used for the treatment of tuberculosis, and those considered as promising in the development of new pharmaceuticals. All pharmacological targets are differentiated into three categories: the targets of approved drugs (Launched); drugs targets studied in clinical trials (Clinical); targets of pharmacological substances investigated in preclinical studies (Preclinical). Relevant information indirectly characterizing the degree of reliability of the association of a particular target with the disease in question was included in our database.
One may browse the records in the database or search for a particular drug target using target name as a query.
Pharmacological targets are associated with links on the appropriate information in UniProt, KEGG and PDB.
